ADHD Peer Support Group Glasgow is an in-person meet-up for adults with ADHD, run by the local ADHD community. You do not need a formal diagnosis to attend.

Ours is an inclusive space where we each have a bit of time to discuss our concerns, where we are currently in life, and then reflect and support each other. You’ll meet like-minded people discussing their ADHD, in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Our sessions start on time at 18:00, so we actually recommend trying to arrive a little bit earlier, to navigate around the venue. Time blindness is also a thing apparently! We finish up at 20:00, with some - but not all - of us popping around to the pub afterwards for range of refreshment options.

Worth noting: We are a long-established self-organised nonprofit group. We also don't have any ties to local private services, so we like to regard ourselves as impartial - certainly we do the best we can!

Our Group

Our peer support group meets regularly. Some people come just once to get the information they need and that's totally ok. Many come monthly or ad hoc. No one comes to all the sessions we run each month - it's just that there is a lot of demand. The next available session should never be more than two weeks away.

Our current schedule is:

  • 1st Tuesday of the month

  • 3rd Wednesday of the month

  • 4th Monday of the month (excluding December)

Booking is essential as we deliberately limit the number of spaces to ensure those that want have time to talk.

If you need help finding us click here but remember to reserve your place!

We have also produced a set of Glasgow-specific resources, all based on local recommendations, useful if you have ADHD, regardless of whether you come to our group or not.
